LaCava's Mobile Veterinary Service is not a 24/7/365 emergency facility. If your animal is in distress and in need of immediate medical attention, please bring your pet to your local emergency veterinary hospital.

Because of high volume of after hours phone calls, texts, and emails, I will be implementing a fee schedule for questions that require an immediate response, and cannot wait until the next business day. You will always get answers directly from the owner and veterinarian, never a technician or receptionist. 

Please be aware if you email, call or text after hours with a question and do not specifically indicate it can wait until the next business day, you will be billed for a consultation. 

All routine questions will be answered the next business day.
