Quality of Life Assessment/House call within 10 miles of Brookfield center: $175

Over 4 pets/rescue/shelter rate: $240/hr

House call between 10-15 miles: $150

House call between 15-20 miles: $175

Urgent care fee (scheduled same day/emergency): $75-150

Emergency House call fee not within business hours: $150-400
